FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to be at home when you clean?
Not necessarily. Many of our regular clients provide a key or code and we work without them being present. We're fully insured and all staff are DBS checked, so you can have confidence leaving us to get on with it.
Do you supply your own cleaning products?
Yes, we bring everything we need — equipment, cloths and products. If you have preferences or specific products you'd like us to use (for allergy reasons, for example), just let us know and we're happy to work with what you supply.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We use a mix of professional-grade products and some environmentally considerate options where they're effective. If using lower-impact products is a priority for you, let us know when booking and we'll accommodate that wherever possible.
How long does a typical clean take?
It varies depending on the size of the property and the type of clean. A standard home clean of a three-bedroom house usually takes around two to three hours. A deep clean of the same property would typically take a full day. We'll give you a realistic estimate when we discuss the booking.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes. We ask for reasonable notice — usually 48 hours for regular cleans. If something comes up, just contact us as early as possible and we'll work to reschedule or make adjustments. Details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday 9am–2pm. We can sometimes accommodate requests outside these hours, particularly for office cleaning contracts that need early-morning or evening access.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and all staff are covered. We're happy to provide details if you need them for a letting agent or employer.
