These terms and conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Zyverto ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
We provide domestic and commercial cleaning services as described on our website and as agreed with you in writing or by email prior to commencement. The specific scope of each engagement is confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted and confirmed separately.
Bookings are confirmed when we have agreed the scope, pricing and scheduled date(s) with you and you have acknowledged this in writing or by email. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
Prices are quoted on an individual basis based on the property and scope of work. Quoted prices are inclusive of labour, products and equipment unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include consumables such as bin liners, toilet paper or hand soap, which are the client's responsibility to provide.
Payment is due within 7 days of the service being completed, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond 14 days.
We may revise our pricing with reasonable notice. For ongoing service arrangements, any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.
You are responsible for providing safe and adequate access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be provided for reasons within your control, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled visit.
You should inform us in advance of any health and safety considerations relevant to the property, including hazardous materials, fragile items, or known access risks. You should also ensure that pets are appropriately managed during visits.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled visit cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full visit cost.
We reserve the right to reschedule visits in exceptional circumstances (staff illness, weather, emergency). We will contact you as early as possible and offer an alternative date.
We aim to carry out all work to a consistently high standard. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, please contact us within 48 hours of the visit. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a return visit to address any shortcomings at no additional charge.
Complaints raised more than 48 hours after a visit may be more difficult to assess fairly, and we cannot guarantee a remedy in all such cases.
We carry public liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff during a visit, please notify us within 48 hours. We will liaise with our insurer and take appropriate action.
We are not liable for: pre-existing damage; damage caused by fragile items not disclosed to us in advance; damage resulting from items that were not properly secured or stored; or loss of items not reported within 48 hours of the visit.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided in the visit during which any incident occurred, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
All staff are employed or contracted directly by Zyverto. All staff undergo DBS checks before commencing work. We do not permit clients to directly employ or independently engage Zyverto staff during or for a period of six months following the end of a service arrangement.
All content on our website is owned by or licensed to Zyverto. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
