Our home cleaning service is designed to be practical and reliable. We don't offer a one-size-fits-all solution — instead, we work with you to understand what areas of your home need the most attention and what you expect from a regular clean.
Most clients choose a fortnightly or weekly arrangement, which we set up as a recurring schedule. One-off cleans are also available for specific occasions — guests arriving, a property changeover, or just a catch-up when things have got busy.
We bring all equipment and cleaning products unless you have a preference for specific items, which is common in households with allergies or sensitivities. All products we use are appropriate for domestic use and we're happy to discuss any concerns before booking.
Our staff are trained, experienced and DBS checked. We're fully insured, and we treat every home with care and respect.
Surfaces, hob, splashbacks, sink, appliance exteriors and floors. Fridge and oven exterior cleaned as standard.
Sanitising the toilet, sink and bath or shower. Mirrors, surfaces, floors and limescale removal.
Vacuuming, dusting surfaces and shelves, tidying, and mopping hard floors where applicable.
Vacuuming, dusting and surface wipe-down. Linen changes available on request (you supply fresh linen).
Vacuuming, dusting banisters and mopping or wiping hard-surface stairs and floors.
Emptying bins into bags (you provide bags), and straightening up communal areas.

We ask clients to let us know about any specific preferences before we start — areas to avoid, products not to use, any fragile items. We follow the same routine each visit unless you ask us to change it, so you can rely on the same standard being met every time.
If something isn't right after a visit, we want to know. We'll come back and address it or factor it into the next visit. We'd rather fix the issue than have a client quietly unhappy with the result.
